Why we're called Red Bird

The name is a nod to the Simpsons episode “King-Size Homer.” Working from home, Homer realizes he can automate his job with a toy drinking bird that bobs up and down, tapping the Y key on his keyboard over and over.
He proudly tells everyone the gadget has tripled his productivity. But there's no thought behind it. Just a quick and dirty fix. Eventually the drinking bird tips over, stops doing its one job, and the unattended automation nearly triggers a nuclear meltdown.

That bird is most AI automation today
Plenty of companies are selling AI automations that work exactly like Homer's bird. Impressive on day one but brainless underneath. They skip guardrails, ignore security and auditability, build in no resilience for when things drift, and keep no human in the loop. So they tip over and you find out the hard way.
At Red Bird we account for all of it. We build automations that deliver the productivity gains you're after while keeping a human in the loop and running safely and responsibly. That's the difference between a toy that taps a key and a system you can trust and that's why we're Red Bird.
